Nicole and her husband, Carlos, own Alta Home Builders, a residential construction company serving the Grand Valley. Her hands-on experience in the building industry brings meaningful insight to every real estate transaction. She understands homes from the ground up and guides clients with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys mountain biking, skiing, singing, camping, hiking, floating the river, hosting friends, and spending time with her three boys and husband. A master’s graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she uses her diverse background to make buying or selling a home smooth and stress-free. With strong local knowledge, clear communication, and thoughtful marketing strategies, she ensures the experience feels seamless from start to finish.

Nicole is deeply committed to Western Colorado. She is concluding a six-year term on the Rocky Mountain Health Foundation board and currently serves as Secretary of the Housing and Building Association of Western Colorado. Her past service includes roles with Marillac Health, the St. Mary’s Ethics Committee, St. Mary’s Hospital as a volunteer interpreter, the Western Colorado Latino Chamber of Commerce, The Cycle Effect, Sacred Heart Church, and Child and Migrant Services. Before entering real estate, she spent a decade in the nonprofit sector and continues working toward a stronger, more unified community.
